  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original herbal-dyed tags attached before placing it back in its original eco-friendly packaging.

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
